According to our bylaws, CCFF should hold an annual meeting every year. It is this meeting that members can directly vote on proposed changes to our by laws and constitution.
This year the meeting will be held on Friday, January 26 from 9:00am – 1:00pm. An agenda which will include the complete text of any proposed bylaws changes will be emailed to all union members no later than Friday, january 12. Registration for the annual meeting will also open on that date.
Any member wishing to propose changes to our bylaws or constitution must present them at the CCFF Executive Board Meeting that will be held on Wednesday, January 10 at 9:30am in LC 135. Those members who wish to propose changes but cannot attend that meeting can send their proposed changes to me by 8:00 am Wednesday, January 10.
You can view our current bylaws and constitution here.
Please remember that only members can propose and vote on amendments to our constitution and bylaws. Only members can attend the annual meeting. If you have questions about your membership status please email me or Debbie Jensen, Membership Chair.
