2022 CCFF Annual Membership Meeting

The March 25, 2022 CCFF Annual Membership Meeting will happen over Zoom. Per CCFF constitution and bylaws, members have the opportunity to propose and adopt changes to the constitution and bylaws once a year. During our last year’s Annual Membership Meeting in January of 2021, members adopted a new way of casting our votes. With this new bylaw change (ARTICLE IX AMENDMENTS, Section 2), members have seven (7) days of the annual membership meeting to cast our votes for the passage of the amendment, starting this year members no longer need to be physically present to vote.

Any union member who would like to propose changes to CCFF’s constitution or bylaws should submit those changes by completing this Proposed Bylaw Change Form by February 21, 2022 at 5pm. Those proposals will be presented at the union’s Public Executive Board meeting on February 28 and then sent out to CCFF members for review.

*We will send out a final set of proposed changes by March 4, 2022 (more than 14 days prior to the Annual Membership Meeting, which is on March 25, 2022). *We did not receive any proposals. Hence we will not be conducting any voting during our business meeting.

If you have questions about the process or want to learn how to draft and submit a change, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You do need to be a CCFF member to cast your vote on potential constitution and bylaw amendments, if you would like to become a due-paying member, you can fill out the membership application here.
