Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)

The CCFF Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)–otherwise known as “the contract”– outlines the rules by which our employment is governed.

Because the contract is the result of a collaboration between the Union and the District, the language here empowers and protects both faculty and administration.

The current CBA — effective July 1, 2015, through June 30, 2018– was ratified by the Union’s members and the College’s Trustees in Fall 2016.

In the current contract there are several important additions and changes.
