Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA)
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) CCFF–otherwise known as “the contract”– outlines the rules by which our employment is governed.
Because the contract is the result of a collaboration between the Union and the District, the language here empowers and protects both faculty and administration.

The current CBA — retroactively effective July 1, 2018, through June 30, 2021– was ratified by the Union’s members and the College’s Trustees in Spring 2019.
